Ina Garten is an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host for the Food Network's most popular program, Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina started her career for the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policies as well as the budget. Although she initially found the position interesting and stimulating but she quickly became bored with it. Barefoot Contessa was then purchased. After more than 18 years of making her shop a massive success she sold it and began writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columns that came later. Her Food Network TV show also made its debut with great hit. In addition, she offers products including food-related ingredients, storage containers and tools. Ina is an aspiring cook who has not been to a cooking class or employed in a kitchen. Her easy-going approach to entertaining as well as her simple culinary style is widely known. Her most well-known recipes include the Skillet-Roasted lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
